One night before Europe Day, the Fundació Catalunya Europa, with the support of Cinemes Girona, organized the screening of the film "The King of the Belgians" at VOSE.

The feature film, "The King of the Belgians", is a Belgian comedy that tells the story of a Belgian king who travels incognito through the Balkans. After Belgium declares itself in a state of crisis, King Nicholas XII finds himself trapped in a small town in a country in conflict. With the help of a filmmaker, he attempts to return to his country to take on his role at that crucial moment. The film combines humor, adventure and reflection on national identity and contemporary politics.
