On December 10 at 6:30 pm, the Arús Library in Barcelona hosted a session organized by the Fundació Catalunya Europa in collaboration with the library. The event focused on the importance of preserving and caring for archives as an essential tool to strengthen information rigor and combat disinformation.

Henar Alonso Rodríguez, Senior Archives Technician of the Spanish State
Montse Català Freixa, Head of the documentation Department of TV3, Catalunya Ràdio and 3Cat

The session aims to highlight the role of documentary collections as guarantors of memory, transparency, and democratic quality. It will be an opportunity to reflect, with a calm and expert perspective, on why archives remain a fundamental infrastructure for knowledge and public debate.
