The meeting of the Fundació Catalunya Europa Board, held on November 16 at Vil·la Urània in Barcelona, was attended by Eva Anduiza, Joaquim Coello, Francesc Colomé, Guim Maragall, Jose Maria Milà, Josep Joan Moreso, Jordi Muñoz, Oriol Nel·lo, Milagros Pérez Oliva, Neus Tomás, Josep Maria Vallès, Max Vives-Fierro, and Dolors Camats. Under the presidency of Vice President Guillem Maragall, several votes and appointments were conducted.
During the session, the mandates of Joaquim Coello, Josep Joan Moreso, and Ricardo Rodrigo were extraordinarily renewed, following the conclusion of their terms. It was also announced that Dolors Clavell would be stepping down from the executive board and her role as Secretary of the Board, to be replaced by Júlia Miralles de Imperial, a nomination unanimously approved. The attendees expressed gratitude for Dolors Clavell's work and dedication during her tenure as secretary.
Additionally, the status of the 2024 budget execution was reviewed, and strategic lines for 2025 were discussed, emphasizing the importance of continuing efforts in sustainability, social cohesion, and the defense of democratic values.
