Resum La Unió Europea s’està enfrontant a un escenari global que cada vegada augmenta la seva complexitat, posant en qüestió la capacitat de la Unió per poder actuar com a intermediari internacional. En aquest treball, es descobriran els factors que impedeixen l’actuació de la Unió Europea a nivell internacional, iniciant amb un repàs de les institucions involucrades i de les polítiques utilitzades en aquest àmbit, seguits d’una anàlisi de dos conflictes que tenen actualment una gran repercussió: la Guerra d’Ucraïna i el conflicte palestino-israelià. El treball està desenvolupat sota un marc històric, polític, legal i econòmic. Paraules clau: Unió Europea, PESC, Internacional, Conflictes. Abstract The European Union is facing a global scenario that constantly increases its complexity, questioning the Union’s ability to be able to act as an international mediator. In this paper, the factors that prevent the European Union’s action at an international level will be discovered, starting with a review of the institutions involved and the policies used in this field, followed by an analysis of two conflicts that currently have a huge impact: the War in Ukraine and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
