RESUM

Els Fons Next Generation EU són una ajuda econòmica atorgada per la Unió Europea per poder recuperar i reactivar l’economia després de la Covid-19. La finalitat d’aquest treball és donar a conèixer què són els FNGEU, les actuacions que s’han estat produint en el nostre entorn i que no som conscients de la importància que tenen. Per poder determinar l’impacte a nivell comarcal, m’he informat sobre tots els pobles que han estat receptors d’aquest fons i que han realitzat projectes amb aquest finançament. A cada municipi, s’ha pogut observar el desenvolupament de les obres de caràcter energètic i s’ha pogut entrevistar als alcaldes i tècnics dels ajuntaments, per poder conèixer la seva experiència amb els fons Next Generation EU. Finalment, per mitjà de l’anàlisi d’informació, visita dels pobles i valoració de respostes obtingudes a les entrevistes, s’ha arribat a la conclusió que els fons han aportat un impacte important a nivell sostenible i energètic a la comarca del Segrià. No obstant això, les dificultats i la complexitat de la gestió de les ajudes ha fet que molts municipis no sol·licitessin o no executessin amb aquest finançament, la qual cosa ha provocat que no s’assolís l’impacte esperat.

ABSTRACT

The Next Generation EU Funds are an economic aid granted by the European Union to recover and reactivate the economy after Covid-19. The purpose of this work is to explain what the NGEU are and the initiatives that have been taking place in our surroundings, of which we are not fully aware of their importance. To determine the impact at a regional level, I have researched all the towns that have received this funding and have carried out projects with it. In each municipality, it has been possible to observe the development of energy-related works and to interview the mayors and council technicians to learn about their experience with the Next Generation EU funds. Finally, through the analysis of information, visits to the towns, and evaluation of the responses obtained in the interviews, it has been concluded that the funds have had a significant sustainable and energy-related impact in the Segrià region. However, the difficulties and complexity of managing the aid have meant that many municipalities did not apply for or not execute with this funding which has resulted in the expected impact not being fully achieved.
